An internship is an excellent way of gaining experience and learning the benefits and challenges of the job one has chosen. Before starting to work in a particular field, students are in need of experience. Moldovan students are granted this opportunity in their third or/and four years of study. Besides benefits, the internship provides the students with a number of challenges.
One of the benefits of the student’s internship in Moldova is gaining more experience as a specialist in a certain field. The fact of receiving more knowledge and experience is the main benefit one can obtain before pursuing his/her career. Together with the experience comes not only the process of teaching but of learning as well. During the period of internship one discovers new things to be used later on in his/her professional career.
On the other hand, the internship can be a stressful and time consuming process. Having different types of children in a classroom can cause stress and troubles to a teacher. This is one of the most challenging parts about the internship. As a teacher to be, one has to find a right way of keeping all the children involved in the work they’re doing. In order to succeed in achieving and maintaining a good teacher-student relationship a teacher has to work hard. He/she needs time for writing lesson projects and preparing interesting materials, interact and understand each of the pupils. Therefore, preparing and teaching a good lesson takes time, patience and hard work.
To conclude, the internship in Moldova offers students both benefits and challenges. All of them,the good and bad are useful and have to be taken into consideration by young specialists. Either way, experiencing an internship is the best way of receiving a proper experience for one’s future job.

Dear Marcela, I like your essay , you have done a good job. Your essay is very nice. I am glad that you have changed some things here , but I am sorry to mention that some things still could be rewritten: 1st paragraph, 4th sentence- “provides with a number of challenges” better “has some challenges”; “On the other hand” this is more informal, better to use” Although “ or other formal variant you like; 4th paragraph the 3rd sentence “In order to succeed in achieving and maintaining a good teacher-student relationship a teacher has to work hard” , I think this sentence sounds better “ A teacher has to work hard in order to maintain a good teacher-student relationship.” ; 4th paragraph , 2nd sentence, maybe is better to omit “ the good and bad”.
Although, I mentioned all these things ,I’d like to say once again that I really like your essay.
